What is the ×͜× symbol?
It isn’t one character — it’s three stacked together, which is why it’s so hard to type manually and so easy to copy.
It’s built from two multiplication signs (×) with a combining double breve below (U+035C) sandwiched between them. The combining character has no width of its own; it attaches to the characters around it and draws a curve underneath. The result reads as a face with closed eyes and a smile.

How to add ×͜× to your name
